Terms of service
Operating terms for using tools, accounts, storage, and community features safely and fairly.
Written from the service's actual behavior. We update this document and its change history when features or external services change.
Purpose and application
These Terms govern the online tools, account sync, file storage, automation, scheduling, and community features provided by HyunTools (the “Service”), together with the rights and responsibilities of users and the operator.
By using the Service or connecting a Google account, you acknowledge these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Material limits and changes will be presented in a reasonably noticeable way.
What the Service provides
HyunTools provides text, development, design, calculation, color, file, security, health, task, project, collaborative, coding, document, design, and focus products.
- Most basic tools work without signing in.
- Sync, voting, and Library storage may require Google sign-in.
- Features are free unless clearly marked otherwise. Price and payment terms will be shown before any paid feature is introduced.
- Per-feature limits may apply to storage count, requests, file size, and retention.
Accounts, age, and security
Account features use Google sign-in. Use only an account you are authorized to use and protect the account and device.
- Before account, storage, or community features, users choose whether they are under 14 or at least 14; no birth date is collected.
- Because HyunTools does not verify parental consent, users under 14 cannot use Google sign-in, account sync, Library, voting, creating or joining Communities, or forum posting.
- Users under 14 may use browser-only tools without signing in, view public content, and report safety issues.
- Do not lend accounts or share credentials. Report suspected unauthorized use promptly.
- Signing out ends the current device session but does not automatically delete synchronized data.
Prohibited use
Do not use the Service for unlawful content, rights violations, malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized access, privacy theft, security bypass, excessive automation, limit evasion, impersonation, or unauthorized personal data or copyrighted works.
Confirmed violations may result in hiding or deleting content, limiting features, invalidating sessions, or reporting to authorities where required. When practical, we explain the action and appeal path.
User content and rights
Users or their licensors normally retain rights in content entered or stored in HyunTools products. You must have the right to use names, images, files, and other materials you provide.
You permit HyunTools to process that content only as needed to provide, synchronize, back up, display, and protect the Service. This limited, non-exclusive permission does not allow us to sell user content or use it for advertising.
Public forum posts and public Community names, descriptions, and categories may be visible to others. Do not publish personal, confidential, or unauthorized information.
Storage, sync, and automatic deletion

HyunTools storage is for convenience, not permanent backup. Keep separate copies of important work. The React and TypeScript runtime in HyunCode depends on pinned external CDN libraries and may be delayed or unavailable when the network or provider is unavailable.
Forum and community operation
- Anonymous forum names still use identifiers for continuity and abuse prevention.
- Communities uses Google accounts but does not publicly show member names or emails.
- HyunSocial visibility settings control who can view profiles and posts; users must respect privacy and rights.
- HyunCowork is a private invite-code workspace. Owners can set roles, remove members, rotate codes, or close a space.
- Community posts are visible to members; authors and owners can remove them, and members can report suspected violations.
- Current limits include up to three Communities per user, three posts per day, and fifty comments per day, subject to operational adjustment.
- Harassment, spam, illegal information, personal-data exposure, and rights violations may be reported, hidden, or removed after contextual review.
Important limits of specialized tools
- Health and legal tools
- General organization and reference only; not diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, deadline validation, or outcome prediction.
- Security tools
- Use only with lawful authorization. Results do not guarantee a security level.
- Calculation, currency, and time
- Reference values based on inputs and current data; verify consequential decisions independently.
- Voice and translation
- Availability and quality depend on the browser, device, permissions, provider, and language pair. Verify important medical, legal, or contractual text.
- Media commands
- The tool only constructs commands. Use it only for content you own or are explicitly permitted to download, and respect copyright and platform terms.
- HyunVibes
- Personalizes ambience and does not assess mental health. Keep device volume at a safe level.
External services and links
The Service may rely on Google sign-in, Drive and Analytics, OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, and other documented providers. Outages, policy changes, or permission settings may limit features.
External links and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. HyunTools does not guarantee their content or transactions.
Service and brand rights
Rights in the HyunTools name, logo, interface, copy, and original code belong to HyunTools or their lawful owners. Open-source software and third-party icons and libraries follow their respective licenses.
Impersonating the HyunTools brand or republishing the interface or data as a separate service beyond normal personal use requires prior permission.
Service interruption and changes
Features may be changed or discontinued for improvement, security, provider changes, legal compliance, or operational needs. When an important storage feature is retired, we aim to provide notice and an export opportunity where practical.
Changes to these Terms will include the effective date and reason. Material adverse changes will receive reasonable advance notice inside the Service.
Scope of responsibility
HyunTools takes reasonable steps to provide a stable Service and reduce errors and security issues, but cannot guarantee against problems caused by a user’s device or network, input error, unauthorized use, external providers, or force majeure.
Nothing here limits liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending use, contact, and disputes
You may sign out and clear browser data at any time, and request deletion of all synchronized data by email. Stored data will be deleted under applicable law and the Privacy Policy if the Service closes.
