Usage policy
Allowed, restricted, and prohibited uses for keeping useful tools safe and fair.
Allowed and restricted uses are separated clearly. We update examples and enforcement steps as features, limits, and risks change, and apply proportionate action based on context and potential harm.
Purpose and scope
This policy sets standards for safe and fair use of HyunTools tools, workspaces, sync, storage, automation, public game data, anonymous communities, and related features.
It supplements the Terms of service and does not replace the Privacy policy or Community guidelines. Stricter law, provider policy, or feature notice also applies.
Allowed use
Normal personal, educational, creative, and business use is allowed, including processing data you own or are authorized to use.
- Create and store text, code, designs, documents, and automation results.
- Look up public game data and plan personal decks or progression.
- Defensively test systems you own or have explicit permission to assess.
- Convert files or construct download commands for media you own or may lawfully use.
- Share questions, experience, and service suggestions while respecting sources and rights.
Use that harms people or society
Do not use the Service to facilitate unlawful conduct or material harm, including threats, harassment, hate, defamation, stalking, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, phishing, spam, impersonation, malware, credential theft, violence, self-harm, sexual exploitation, illegal goods, or dangerous acts.
Do not make consequential medical, legal, financial, employment, or safety decisions solely from automated results. Specialized tools are organizational aids, not professional or emergency services.
Account, system, and security abuse
- No unauthorized access or attempted access to accounts, files, private data, or systems.
- No exploiting vulnerabilities to alter, delete, expose, or make data or services unavailable.
- No bypassing authentication, authorization, rate limits, or content protections.
- No use of privacy or security tools for attacks, surveillance, tracking, or unauthorized collection.
Report good-faith findings privately under the security reporting policy and perform only minimal verification.
Automation, API, and usage limits
Normal use through public interfaces is allowed. Automation that harms availability or other users is prohibited.
- No mass crawling, abnormal parallel requests, repeated refreshes, or distributed load.
- No manipulating accounts, devices, or networks to evade daily, storage, voting, or API limits.
- No reverse engineering undocumented endpoints or reselling server responses.
- No bots that manipulate views, reactions, votes, reposts, forum activity, rankings, or invite benefits.
Delays, temporary blocking, CAPTCHA, or feature-specific limits may be applied to protect stability.
Privacy, identity, and Google permissions
- Do not collect, infer, publish, or sell another person’s personal data, location, contacts, credentials, or sensitive information without permission.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with HyunTools, Google, Supercell, or another organization.
- Use Google sign-in, Drive permissions, and tokens only for the approving user and intended feature.
- Do not place passwords, verification codes, payment data, or unnecessary sensitive information in public posts, shared results, or support requests.
Content, copyright, and third-party services
You must hold the rights needed for content you enter, upload, store, or share and follow copyright, trademark, publicity, and provider terms.
- Media commands
- Use only for content you own or are explicitly allowed to download. Do not bypass DRM, access controls, or paid-content protections.
- Clash Royale and Clash of Clans
- Use public data for personal lookup and fan content under Supercell’s terms and fan-content policy. HyunTools is not an official Supercell service.
- Library and workspaces
- Do not store or distribute illegal content, malware, stolen material, or another person’s confidential information.
Anonymous and community features
Anonymity does not remove responsibility. Spam, advertising, coordinated manipulation, personal-data exposure, harassment, and illegal content are restricted. Anonymous collaboration is for work proposals and coordination, not dating, social solicitation, advertising, or collecting external contact details.
The Community guidelines also apply. Reports do not automatically prove a violation; content, context, repetition, and risk of harm are reviewed.
Protection of minors
Sexual exploitation or objectification of minors, grooming, requests for personal information, age-restricted products, or encouragement of dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited.
Because parental consent is not currently verified, users under 14 cannot use Google sign-in, sync, Library, voting, forum posting, or anonymous collaboration. See Children’s privacy.
Review and enforcement
When a possible violation is identified, we review relevant facts and context. Action is proportionate to severity, repetition, intent, actual or potential harm, and the possibility of correction.
- Guidance, warning, or request for voluntary correction.
- Rate limit or temporary restriction of a feature or content.
- Hide or remove violating content and invalidate related sessions.
- Suspend account features or block access for serious or repeated violations.
- Cooperate with authorities when legally required or an urgent safety risk exists.
Temporary protective action may occur without advance notice in a security emergency. Signed-in users can review restrictions and appeal paths on the account standing page.
Reports and appeals
Report policy violations, rights issues, or safety concerns through the relevant feature or at hyuntools.owner@gmail.com. For an urgent danger, contact local emergency services instead of waiting for HyunTools.
To appeal an action, provide the content address, information that helps identify the relevant account or anonymous activity, action time, and reason for review. Detailed internal review information may be withheld to protect reporters and affected users.
Policy changes and related documents
This policy may be updated for new features, risks, laws, or provider policies. Material changes affecting user rights will be announced before they take effect.
The Terms, Privacy policy, Community guidelines, Security policy, and Trust and transparency may also apply.
